Abstract
Businesses nowadays are become more conscious of the significance of social, ethical, and environmental goals. Organizations are concentrating on performance and growth that is environmentally sustainable, socially responsible, and individual-focused in addition to making a profit. Sustainable Human Resource Management is one of the fields that is supporting "green" businesses (SHRM). The organization's human capital adopts new ecological methodologies and integrates creative sustainable strategies to accomplish the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This comprehensive assessment of the literature looks at how important SHRM is to creating a sustainable workplace and helping to achieve the SDGs. This review, which is based on a number of empirical and conceptual publications, examines the causes and effects of SHRM and outlines the challenges to its sustainable implementation from both an international and firm-level standpoint. Four hypotheses are put forward that might be investigated empirically in further research. Potential future areas for more study in the subject of sustainable management are proposed, along with research gaps in the body of current literature.
