The study underscores that work happiness is a primary factor influencing employee engagement, which subsequently enhances job performance. Results show that workers that are engaged are more productive, committed, and successful overall. The research also finds that certain things in the environment, such organizational support and leadership style, might make these interactions better or worse. The findings provide significant direction for firms aiming to enhance performance by cultivating employee happiness and engagement via strategic initiatives
