Abstract

This research examines the preparedness of firms to include Generation Z (Gen Z) into the workforce, emphasizing their expectations, beliefs, and work practices. Gen Z is the first generation to grow up with technology, therefore they have distinct ideas about it, work-life balance, and professional growth. The study looks at how businesses may change their workspaces, management styles, and ways of getting employees involved to better match the demands of Gen Z. The main results show that this generation is more likely to stay with a company if it is flexible, has opportunity for ongoing development, and has a culture that includes everyone. The report provides actionable guidance for employers to facilitate the effective assimilation of Gen Z personnel into the workforce.
