Abstract

This research examines the study of Ayurveda and its connection to Amish Tripathi's renowned mythological fiction series, The Shiva Trilogy. Ayurveda is shown in the trilogy as a complete and holistic way to treat individuals that takes into account their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The study examines the symbolic representation of the characters' growth and progress via Ayurveda, which signifies the integration of the material and spiritual realms. The Shiva Trilogy also includes Ayurvedic notions like personalized treatment programs and ways to help people feel better. Putting these principles into action means understanding each person's distinct personality and adapting to their specific requirements to promote their best health and well-being. The Shiva Trilogy also uses Ayurvedic ideas to show how important diet and lifestyle are for staying healthy. This book's use of Ayurveda brings together the past and the present and shows how spirituality is still a big part of Indian culture.
