Abstract

This research investigates the function of sustainable human resource management (SHRM) in the effective adoption and execution of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) inside companies. Organizations may create a culture that values environmental, social, and economic responsibility by making their HR procedures more in line with sustainability ideals. The study shows how SHRM strategies including educating employees, promoting diversity and inclusion, ethical leadership, and managing performance may help reach the SDGs. The results show that include sustainability in HR plans not only helps the firm do better, but it also helps society as a whole. The survey stresses that HR professionals need to be the ones to push for sustainability efforts at all levels of the company.
