Abstract

This research investigates the significance of conflict management within organizational contexts and its effects on team dynamics, productivity, and overall organizational effectiveness. Good ways to handle conflict may help settle disagreements, lower stress, and create a more collaborative work atmosphere. The study looks at several ways to solve conflicts, such negotiation, mediation, and cooperation, and shows how they may help keep relationships good and make decisions better. The research further examines the effects of unresolved disagreements on employee morale, turnover, and organizational culture. The research underscores the need of proactive conflict management, offering insights for managers and leaders to develop successful solutions that alleviate tensions and foster a happy workplace.
