Abstract

Ayurvedic medicine has become a popular way to treat people, more so than allopathy, homeopathy, and naturopathy. Even though a lot of people know about it, there is still a big gap in knowledge about the scientific proof of Ayurvedic methods. Most people know that there aren't many clinical trials that show how effective and safe it is. Nonetheless, a significant number of persons advocate for the adjunctive use of yoga and meditation in conjunction with Ayurvedic therapies to facilitate improved healing. This research examines popular attitudes and preferences of Ayurveda, emphasizing the influence of sources such as literature, medical professionals, and personal experiences in influencing understanding. It also looks at how people feel about include Ayurveda in school lessons and clears up any misunderstandings regarding its adverse effects. The research highlights the perceived advantages of Ayurveda and its incorporation into conventional treatment. SPSS Software looks at the data.
