Abstract

The purpose of the research is to evaluate how team-building training affects production operators' CV working group cohesion. Employees of production operators with low levels of cohesion were the focus of this investigation. 21 study participants are split into 11 experimental groups and 10 control groups as part of the "Non-equivalent control group design" research methodology. The experimental group received team-building training as one of the treatments, whereas the control group received no intervention at all. To ascertain how the average group of experiments differed from the control group, the data analysis method used Mann Whitney. The findings showed that group cohesion may be increased by team building training, with a substantial change in scores (p < 0.05). The study's findings may serve as a guide for creating team-building training sessions on a regular and sporadic basis, which will help the business keep its working group united.
